To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

The magic celluloid crystal of cinema is a constantly evolving synthetic image that has intrigued filmmakers and spectators since the magic of film began.
The central concept I am hoping to explore revolves about: How the cinema and metamorphosis are intrinsically synchronized or tied together. I am hoping to do this by considering the philosophical and ontological speculations and issues that arise in films that revolve about bodily transformations.

I believe cinema and metamorphosis contain the essence of the artistic medium, which reflect the constantly emergent technology,while also being metamorphic metaphors of change.
To further understand this, my investigations will focus on boundaries or meetings of realities;
turning points of absolute paradox that allow simultaneous systems and/or meanings to be explored within one point.Initially, I would like to acknowledge the complexity of film as an aural, visual, sensual, kinetic medium as a tribute to what Berger labels, film’s unique character .
Since its beginnings, cinema can be seen to be a constantly evolving technology,
which displays an elastic reality together with its own expanding style of transitory representation.Among the major factors that lead to change in cinema is the evolution of its technologies. The development of these technologies both force change and strengthen established processes.The ever evolving tools of filmmaking continue to transform all aspects of cinema, including production, postproduction, and exhibition in surprising and sometimes unexpected ways. In the process, it seems that these changes are altering the visual characteristics of the filmic image and shifting various understandings of the nature of cinema.
Because of its own metamorphosis, cinema remains possibly one of the most exciting advances of our time.
